I hate it when these things won't scan...

As we were driving to the hospital for Dad's radiation appointment, Mom mentioned to Dad that she thought he should have a scan since he was having headaches the last two days. All I could think of was that commercial where the guy has a bar code on his forehead and the lady at the checking counter was trying to scan his head over and over. She says " I hate it when these things won't scan". It made my Dad laugh. Dad explained that when they take him back to the Radiation room, they strap him down and apply this mask over his face so they can give treatment to the exact same spot every time. He said it also looks like a "fencing" mask. I wonder if he will get to bring it home when he is finished with treatment. I can't wait til GLIB is gone for good. As my favorite band, Journey would say, Don't stop BELIEVIN'.
